Ingredients
- 1 Roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough, (18 oz.)
- 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
- 1/2 Can sweetened condensed milk (7 oz.) (Not evaporated)
- 1 Cup candy coated milk chocolate candies
- 1/2 Cup chocolate covered toffee pieces
- ½ Cup peanuts (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375*.
- Press 1/2 of the cookie dough into an un-greased, 12-inch pizza pan
- Bake 10 minutes or until golden in color.
- Remove from oven.
- In saucepan, melt chips with milk.
- Spread mix over crust.
- Sprinkle with candies and nuts.
- Bake 4 minutes to warm.
- Cool.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
* Another idea, is to bake your cookie dough as directied, take a box of cream cheese (at room temp) and add 1 cup of powdered sugar to it and mix. Spread this mixture over cookies and add fruit to garnish!
