Oatmeal Refrigerator Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 4 tbs cocoa
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Method:
Combine oats, sugar and cocoa in one bowl. Mix in the butter, water and vanilla slowly to form giant ball of dough. Roll into small one inch balls of dough, roll in powdered sugar and place on tray covered with wax paper. Let cookies cool in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving and store leftovers in container in the refrigerator.

Peanut Buttery No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups oats
Method:
Melt butter, sugar, milk and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat. Allow to boil for about 2 minutes before removing from heat. Immediately stir in vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Place by the spoonful on a wax paper covered tray and allow to cool in refrigerator for at least hour. For variations on this recipe you can switch between chunky or smooth peanut butter.

Cereal Marshmallow No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 whole bag of marshmallows
- 4 cups Cereal ( Rice Crispies work best )
- 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
Method:
Melt butter and then add marshmallows. Melt marshmallows stirring constantly to prevent burning and sticking. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and then chocolate morsels. Shape in balls about 1-2 inches thick and place on wax paper covered tray. Place tray in refrigerator and let cool for at least 30 minutes.
