125 g Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Flour
5 tbsp Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
- Melt butter
- Add sugar and beat with fork
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat with fork
- Sift in the flour, cocoa and baking powder and beat with fork
- If you like nuts, you can add ½ cup chopped nuts or walnuts at this point
- Pour mixture into baking dish lined with baking paper, smooth surface
- Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes
- When cold cut into rectangles or squares
- Sprinkle with icing sugar
