Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 250g (1cup) of butter, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 large eggs (beaten)
• 2 1/4 cups of plain flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups of chocolate chips

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix together, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in the beaten eggs.
3. In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Stir in the flour mixture to butter mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Lay out the mixture in blobs on a lightly greased tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let it Cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.
5. Enjoy

Makes 45 cookies.
