Ching Chong Cookies

A quick recipe to a tasty treat.

Here is a quick and easy recipe to make for all those bake sales. I mean, it is even easier than even baking cupcakes!

Prep time: less than 10 minutes

Wait time: about an hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Chocolate Chips
  • ½ bag of Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup of peanuts
  • 2 cups of Chow Mein noodles (uncooked, the crunchy kind)
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Microwave
  • Wax Paper

Method:

  • Pour the chips into the mixing bowl. Throw them in the microwave and cook for about two minutes, stir. Keep nuking until the chips are fully melted, but make sure not to burn them.
  • Once you have your chips melted, stir in peanuts and noodles.
  • After everything is evenly coated, take your spoon and scope out inch size helpings.
  • Place the mixture on the wax paper. Remember, there is no reason to try to really “shape” the cookies, for the odd shapes gives more character.
  • When done, put in fridge until they are solid.
  • Now enjoy!
  • See, Quick, Easy AND Tasty!
