
Coconut burfi

- Makes ¾ kg
Ingredients:
- Nestle milkmaid – 1tin
- Coconut – 300gm, desiccated
- Full cream milk powder – 100gms
- Milk – ½ cup
- Red color – few drops
Method:
Pour Nestle milkmaid, coconut powder, milk and milk powder into a thick bottomed kadai and mix well.
Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Once heated, cook on a slow fire till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadai (7 to 10mins). Remove from fire.
Divide the mixture into 2 portions. Spread out one portion evenly onto a greased plate.
