Classic Easy to Make Chocolate Mousse

How to Make Chocolate Mousse.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bittersweet chocolate (Use your favorite brand)
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 5 oz. egg whites
  • 3 oz. sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups cream

Method

  1. With a double boiler add in chocolate and butter, stirr until it is all melted.
  2. Whip cream and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy, then set it aside.
  3. Now beat the egg whites on a high speed until soft peaks are formed.
  4. Whisk egg whites and the melted chocolate next mix with the whipped cream.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until it looks ready.

This will give you 8 cups of Mousse.
