Ingredients
- 12 oz. bittersweet chocolate (Use your favorite brand)
- 4 oz. butter
- 5 oz. egg whites
- 3 oz. sugar
- 3 1/2 cups cream
Method
- With a double boiler add in chocolate and butter, stirr until it is all melted.
- Whip cream and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy, then set it aside.
- Now beat the egg whites on a high speed until soft peaks are formed.
- Whisk egg whites and the melted chocolate next mix with the whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or until it looks ready.
This will give you 8 cups of Mousse.
