Sour Cream Pound Cake

A delicious, mouth-watering sour cream cake. It goes great with coffee, cokes and water or any refreshing drink. It is the perfect desert.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 3 cups of sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Method

  1. Add cream butter and sugar together until fluffy with mixer. Add eggs one at a time. then beat the eggs and blend well.each time.
  2. Stir in sour cream blend well combine soda and flour and beat in vanilla. Spoon batter into the loaf pan
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 mins.
  4. After baking let it cool for 10 mins.
