Rare Cheese Cakes

Look on how to make one of the best cheeseckes that aren't baked.

Have you ever wanted that delicious cheesecake, but don't know what to put on it? Do you want to savor that last mouthwatering piece of cake? Read below to find out how.

No bake cheesecakes are called "rare cheese cake" in Japan. Rare cheesecakes are chilled out and served with fresh fruits or fruit sauces. It's very easy to stir up dessert like this at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup and 2 tbsps plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatine powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • For the Crust: 1 cup crushed graham crackers and 3 Tbsp. butter & 1 Tbsp. sugar

Method:

Mix the gelatine powder and water in a small cup, and then set aside. Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the crumbs into the bottom of a round cake pan (8 inches for me). Stir cream cheese in a bowl until it's softened. Put water and gelatine mixture into a microwave and heat for a minute. Add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and gelatine into the softened cream cheese and mix it well. Pour the filling into the crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate the cake for three hours. Serve with your favorite fruits, fruit sauce, or jam.

My opinion on the fruit is that you should use bananas with it. It's so tasty. Another person's comments when I served this to them:

"This cheesecake is delicious! I could really taste the cold cheese flavoring the fruit. What I love about it is that it's a no-bake cake and it's pretty healthy compared to regular cheesecakes."
