Piña Colada Cake Recipe |

How to make a Piña Colada cake. |
Ingredients- 1 white cake mix
- 1 Jell-O coconut (or vanilla instant pudding)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 dark rum (you can also use rum extract)
- 1/4 cup oil
Method- Blend all ingredients together.
- Mix 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured 9" pans.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 min until done.
- Do not under bake.
- Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove from the pan, then cool on a rack.
Piña Colada FrostingIngredients- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 package of Jell-O coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding
- 1/3 cup dark rum (you can also use rum extract)
- 9 oz. container of Cool Whip
Method- Combine all ingredients, and beat until well blended.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Frost cake and sprinkle coconut over top.
- Refrigerate.
