Ingredients
- 2 squares Bakers semi sweet baking chocolate - melted in microwave
- 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese - softened at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 prepared chocolate or graham cracker pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups of strawberries or - the berries of your choice
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer.
- Add melted chocolate and mix well
- Gently stir in the whipped topping
- Spoon into the prepared crust
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until it is set. Top with the berries of your choice just before serving.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
