1 1/2 cups SR flour
1 cup caster sugar
125g softened butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Combine all ingreds in mixing bowl.
Beat on medium until light and fluffy.
You can add lemon or orange zest, berries, anything
Cook 30 - 40 mins in med oven
Icing
1 cup icing sug
juice of one orange or lemon
contreau
2 tabs butter
If icing is added while cake is still warm it will soak right in for a delicious moist citrus taste!
