Ketan Cake
Ingredients:
7 Eggs
1 C. Sweetened condensed milk
1 Box ketanmeel
1 ½ C. Sugar
1 ½ Sticks of margarine
1 ½ Cans coconut milk
½ pkg. of sweet shredded coconut
Preparation:
Mix the sugar and margarine till soft. Add the eggs one by one, then add the ketanmeel, milk, and coconut milk. If you like coconut, mix in last. Bake for one hour at 350°F.
Casava Cake
Ingredients:
705 g. finely grated cassava
1 egg
¾ C. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 C. tapioca
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 ½ C. sugar
3 Tbsp. coconut powder
½ tsp. salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350°F in oven until light brown.
