Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp cocoa
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1-3/4 cups hot tap water

Method:

1. Heat oven to 350F. Stir flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in ungreased 9x9x2-inch square pan.
2. Mix in milk, oil & vanilla with fork until smooth. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
3. Pour hot water over batter. Bake 40 min. Let stand 15 min; spoon into serving dishes.
4. Top with ice cream, spooning sauce over ice cream.
