Ingredient A (Blend together with a mixer)
- Self raising flour: 30grams
- Medium size egg (take yoke only): 4
- Fine sugar: 12 grams
- Cooking or olive oil: 20ml
Ingredient B (Blend together with a mixer)
- Vanilla essence: ½ teaspoon
- Medium size egg (take egg white only): 4
- Fine sugar: 12 grams
- Cream of tartar: 1/3 teaspoon
Method
- Mix ingredients A evenly
- Beat ingredients B until fluffy
- Separate ingredients B into two parts: add one part of ingredients B into ingredients A and mix well
- Rub some butter or margarine on the inner surface of cooker
- Pour ingredients A into cooker followed by the balance of ingredients B
- You may sprinkle some dried raisins, grounded peanuts and the likes onto ingredients B to add flavour
- Switch on the flame and cook until golden
When cooked, fold cake into semicircle and cut to the size you desire before serving.
