Cream Cheese Cake Squares |

The delicious taste of cream cheese in your cake. |
Ingredients- 1 package yellow cake mix

½ cup butter, softened

1 egg beaten

1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

2 eggs
-
2 ½ cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla
Method-
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Press this mixture into a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating
after each addition.
- Gradually add the powered sugar, beating well.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Pour this mixture over the first layer, spreading evenly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Cool and cut into 1 ½ inch squares.

Makes 4 dozen squares.
