Ingredients
- 1 pound grated Cassava
- 3/4 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 3/4 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
Method
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Pour contents into a cake pan that has been sprayed and lined with paper. Bake in oven at 350 degree for 30. Allow too cool. Makes 12 servings.
