Banana Pudding

I have another dessert recipe to share, this one is for banana pudding.

I like to make this recipe. My family really likes it too.

Ingredients

  • 1 11oz. package of "Sunshine Vanilla wafers".
  • 5-6 bananas (sliced).
  • l large box of vanilla pudding (cooked or instant).

Method

  1. Prepare vanilla custard pudding as directed.
  2. Line the bottom and sides of a deep 3-4 quart bowl with a layer of whole vanilla wafer.
  3. Coarsely crumble remaining vanilla wafers.
  4. Place alternate layers of sliced bananas, crumbled vanilla wafers and vanilla pudding onto whole vanilla wafers in bowl.
  5. End with a generous layer of crumbled vanilla wafers. Garnish with any remaining banana slices or pudding.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

I hope it turns out good for you.
