Homemade Microwave Banana Pudding
2-2qt. glass dishes 1-1/2 cups sugar? 3 large eggs
1-med. glass dish 1/2cup all purpose flour oven 350
1-tsb. Vanilla 2-1/2 cups of milk? 1 box Nabisco wafers
4-banana's sugar for egg whites
In 1st 2-qt. dish-mix sugar and sifted flour. Mix until fine. Pour enough
Milk to make a (pudding paste). Mix until dissolved. Add three egg yolks
(yolks only). Keep egg whites in a separate bowl. Mix filling well. Stir in
Remaining milk. Stir complete. Cook in Microwave five minutes. Stir well.
Repeat steps until desired thickness. (HOT!). Add vanilla and stir.
- While pudding is cooling, layer 2nd 2-qt. dish with bananas and cookies. Beat egg whites until they began to fluff, now add 1/3 c sugar? Beat fluffiest.
- Pour cooked pudding over bananas and cookies. Spread fluffed egg whites over filling
- Bake 350 until lightly golden brown!
