Banana Pudding

Alternative cooking, poetic-style.

Banana Pudding isn't a Pie. Just give my recipe a try!
No, it's not juicy with a flakey crust; it's full of Banana's
Topped with that foamy white stuff. No, you can't use a can
Of fruit filling with ease. You got to get your fingers sticky
So you can lick them with please. So, defer ya reading and
Get out your baking gloves, because your taste buds are in
For a delicious whirl!

Homemade Microwave Banana Pudding

2-2qt. glass dishes 1-1/2 cups sugar? 3 large eggs
1-med. glass dish 1/2cup all purpose flour oven 350
1-tsb. Vanilla 2-1/2 cups of milk? 1 box Nabisco wafers
4-banana's sugar for egg whites

In 1st 2-qt. dish-mix sugar and sifted flour. Mix until fine. Pour enough
Milk to make a (pudding paste). Mix until dissolved. Add three egg yolks
(yolks only). Keep egg whites in a separate bowl. Mix filling well. Stir in
Remaining milk. Stir complete. Cook in Microwave five minutes. Stir well.
Repeat steps until desired thickness. (HOT!). Add vanilla and stir.

  1. While pudding is cooling, layer 2nd 2-qt. dish with bananas and cookies. Beat egg whites until they began to fluff, now add 1/3 c sugar? Beat fluffiest.
  2. Pour cooked pudding over bananas and cookies. Spread fluffed egg whites over filling
  3. Bake 350 until lightly golden brown!
