Bailey's Irish Cream White Chocolate Pudding |

You can substitute any type of chocolate you like in this recipe. |
Ingredients- ½ cup Heavy cream or Whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Corn starch
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Bailey`s Irish Cream
- 1 Egg yolk
- 3-4 ounces chopped White chocolate
Method- In a saucepan mix together cornstarch and sugar
- Pour in milk and whisk until fully dissolved
- Whisk in cream and egg yolk
- Whisk constantly over medium heat 4-5 minutes until it comes to a full boil (don`t forget to keep whisking)
- Remove from heat and add the Bailey`s Irish Cream
- Melt chocolate into mixture until smooth
- Pour pudding into serving dishes and cover with cling wrap
- Allow pudding to cool completely and garnish with a dollop of freshly whipped cream and semi-sweet chocolate shavings

This one sounds wonderful! It would make a great company dessert and would probably be good in a graham crumb crust too.
