Vegetable Porridge

A simple steps recipe to prepare vegetable porridge for everyone.

Ingredients: Brown rice, vegetables and oats.

  1. Soak the brown rice in cold water for one hour. (It will be better, but not an essential step, to soak it for up to four hours.)
  2. Blend the oats and vegetables in a juicer.
  3. After soaking, cook the brown rice.
  4. When the brown rice is cooked, add the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Finally, remove it from heat immediately.

This way, the vegetables will not lose its nutritious value. The vegetable recipe is also appropriate for the forth or fifth month's breast-fed baby. The baby can eat vegetable porridge three meals a day when breastfeeding is over.
