Starting Your Day Healthy

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here's a recipe in which you can put together in just five minutes. Try it and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ½ C Granny Smith apples
  • ½ C papayas
  • 1 C Darigold plain yogurt (nonfat)
  • ½ C Wild Harvest Natural - Blueberry Flax Granola

Method

  1. Make sure the apples and papayas are in cubes; skin of the apple does not have to be peeled.
  2. Next, put the fruits together into a bowl or onto a small plate.
  3. Pour the yogurt over the fruits and slightly turn the bowl to coat.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle granola on top of the fruits and there you have a nice and healthy breakfast to start your day.
