Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here's a recipe in which you can put together in just five minutes. Try it and enjoy! |
Ingredients
- ½ C Granny Smith apples
- ½ C papayas
- 1 C Darigold plain yogurt (nonfat)
- ½ C Wild Harvest Natural - Blueberry Flax Granola
Method- Make sure the apples and papayas are in cubes; skin of the apple does not have to be peeled.
- Next, put the fruits together into a bowl or onto a small plate.
- Pour the yogurt over the fruits and slightly turn the bowl to coat.
- Lastly, sprinkle granola on top of the fruits and there you have a nice and healthy breakfast to start your day.
