Shelley's Scrambled Omelette

This is my own recipe that I created. Make and eat at your own risk! He He. I didn't look at any recipes or watch any shows on how to make it so if it doesn't taste like other people's omelettes I warned you. I like it and that's the main thing.

I just use what is around the house. It’s very tasty and yummy and so filling and most importantly very quick and easy. So the next omelette that falls apart when you were flipping it you can tell them you did it on purpose and say it’s a Shelley’s scrambled Omelette!

Serves 2-4 people.

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 - 1 ½ cups of grated cheese ( depending on how cheesy you like your omelette)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 mushroom
  • ½ a cup of ham
  • parsley

Preparations

Grate cheese, dice tomato, and ham and slice the mushroom. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add the milk, cheese, tomato, ham, mushroom and parsley and stir in. Pour the ingredients into a non stick fry pan and stir occasionally. As the cheese and ingredients act as thickening agents you don’t need to stir as often and won’t stick to the pan if your looking for more of an omelette. If you would like it more scrambled then stir a little more often. Also this dish can be done as an omelet if you would prefer. I have tried doing this and it does work. Who knew!
