Omelete Casserole

A recipe for omelet lovers who hate the hassle of cooking each omelet individually.

Ingredients (Required)

  • hash browns
  • eggs

Ingredients (Optional)

  • bell peppers
  • ham
  • cheese
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • mushrooms

Method

  1. crush hash browns into casserole pan until the bottom of the pan is covered completely
  2. next, put in your chosen toppings until hash browns are covered completely
  3. cook till all ingredients are well done
  4. cook 8-12 eggs as you would an omelet and cover the hash browns and toppings with the egg
  5. let cool and serve and there you have your family sized omelette casserole,enjoy
