Microwave Scrambled Eggs |

Fast and easy scrambled eggs in the microwave. |
Ingredients- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk or cream
- pinch of salt and/or pepper
- butter or margarine
Directions- Beat together well in microwave proof bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon (or more) of butter or margarine.
- Cover with wax paper and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Remove, stir, and add cheese if desired.
- Microwave until done (15 to 45 seconds).
