This is a method of making scrambled eggs without having to bother with a pan.
Ingreients:
- 2 medium or large eggs
- butter or margarine
- A Ziplock bag
Procedure:
- Crack the eggs into the bag (without the shells of course). Add about a tablespoon of butter or margarine if desired. Close bag.
- Beat it and shake it until hey are mixed well.
- Open the bag a little and put on plate in microwave. Set it a a way that the eggs won't pour out.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds (about).
- Remove bag and put eggs on plate or toast. Add salt if desired.
- Enjoy!
