Isn't the smell of scrambled eggs in the morning refreshing? I never wake up feeling well-rested, but eating a protein-packed breakfast can really help kick-start my day. An essential component of an energising breakfast is scrambled eggs.
Serves 4
Cooking Time: Around 10 minutes (includes preparation)
Ingredients
- 8 free-range eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- A pinch of salt
- 3 teaspoons butter
Method
- Crack the eggs into a medium-sized mixing bowl
- Add the milk and salt
- Whisk this mixture with a fork until the ingredients are combined. Ensure that there are no streaks of white through the mix.
- Grab a saucepan and put the butter over medium heat for 1 minute. Coat the base of the saucepan with the melted butter to prevent sticking.
