Delicious golden scrambled eggs with sweet corns served in minutes.
There are so many cooking ideas by using eggs; and this is one of my many recipes that I have prepared using eggs as ingredient. This golden dish is served in just a few minutes. I call it Golden is because all ingredients are in yellow as well as it is cooked.
Ingredients:
¼ can of sweet corn kernels;
3 eggs;
A small portion of butter;
Some black pepper & salt to taste
Cooking Method:
Place all the above ingredient in a non stick pot;
Cook with small to medium fire; keep stirring;
Cook the eggs till it is thoroughly cooked (the scrambled egg become harden and chunky. Over cooking it will make the egg too dry to taste). Keep stirring to avoid it being burned at the bottom, you could cut the chunky scrambled eggs into small pieces using the spatula, if desire.
Off fire. Can be served either as hot dish or cold dish.
Additional information : The sweet corn kernels can be replaced by frozen mixed vegetable according to individual preference.
