Serves 4
- 1 ½ cups of rolled oats
- 4 T flaked almonds, toasted
- ¼ c wheat germ
- 1 c low fat yogurt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T honey
- 2 apples, grated
- ¼ c raisins
- Fresh fruit to serve
Combine rolled oats, wheat germ and apple juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least an hour. After soaking, stir in lemon juice, honey, apples, pear, sultanas, and yogurt. Serve with fresh fruits.
