Fat-free Fruity Breakfast Shake

This shake is super simple to make and really good for you too!

This fat-free delicious fruity breakfast shake is great for a hot summer morning and a burst of energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fat-free yogurt
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks in juice
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2/3 cup crushed ice (or 5 to 6 ice cubes)

How to prepare

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until mixture is blended smooth.
