This fat-free delicious fruity breakfast shake is great for a hot summer morning and a burst of energy.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups fat-free yogurt
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup pineapple chunks in juice
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2/3 cup crushed ice (or 5 to 6 ice cubes)
How to prepare
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until mixture is blended smooth.
