Eggs Recipe

This is my favorite way to make eggs, hopefully some day restaurants will catch on this.

I often had the problem of making eggs and toast at the same time, and having them finished at the same time, but this simple recipe fixed that problem and is now my favorite way to eat my eggs.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Toast
  • Butter
  • Oil (for pan)

Method:

First butter your toast on both sides and cut out the middle of it ( I use a circle cookie cutter). The middle should be about half of the slice of bread. Then grease your pan with a minimal amount of oil, this oil is just to prevent the bread from sticking. Place both bread pieces in the pan and turn in on medium. Crack one egg per piece of bread you have into the hole of the bread that you cut out. Now take a fork and lightly stir the eggs to just break up the yolk so it spreads easier.

Spread the yolk all over the face up side of both pieces of the bread so that it is completely covered. Then once the egg is cooked on the bottom flip over both pieces (the bigger piece can be hard to flip ) then wait again for them both to be cooked completely, and they should be browned a bit. Remove and eat, this will probably end up being you favorite way to make eggs and toast.

Other Note: This goes good with bacon, look also for my recipe of fat free bacon to eat this with.

Very good article, Koyin. We use Omega3 eggs and virgin Olive oil, but we will have to try your recipe. Thank you for sharing this with all.
