Do-It-Yourself Cereal Recipe

This is a great recipe if you want to make your own cereal. Not only is it healthy but it’s very simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. Quick cooking oats
  • ½ c. Wheat germ
  • ½ c. Dried apricots
  • ½ c. Chopped nuts
  • 1 c. Wheat flakes or wheat puffs
  • ¾ c. Raisins

Method:

  1. Cut apricots in small pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
  3. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
  4. Keeps several weeks.
