Cheesy Crab Omelet |

A simple recipe anyone can make at home on a budget. |
Ingredients- Fresh crabmeat, shredded
- Garlic, finely chopped
- Onions, finely chopped
- Ripe tomatoes, chopped
- Red bell peppers, chopped
- Cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella), diced
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (you can also use dried basil)
- Eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
Method- Melt a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan.
- Sauté in the garlic, onions and tomatoes.
- Add in the fresh basil leaves and red bell peppers.
- Add in the crabmeat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Then add in the cheese.
- You can use two cheeses if you want.
- Do not let the cheese melt completely.
- Add the beaten eggs.
- Cook until the omelet is whole.
- This recipe is best for breakfast.
- The kids will enjoy the sweetness the crabmeat gives to the dish.
- It's easy to prepare and very delicious!
