Thanksgiving Corn Bread |

Recipe for corn bread. |
Ingredients:-
1 cup yellow cornmeal
-
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
-
1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder
-
1-2 tsp. salt
-
2 eggs
-
1 1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
-
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Method:- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add egg, non-dairy creamer and oil.
- Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Be careful not to overbake, so it won't taste dry.
