Ingredients:
- Pizza base
- Mozzarella cheese
- Olive Oil
- Sugar
- Salt
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Garlic paste
- Tomato Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Chilly Powder
- Pepper
Method:
Take a saucer and put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it. Heat it till the oil warms. Then take 2 medium sized tomatoes and 2 medium sized onions make turn it into a thick puree. Do not add water. Put the puree in the olive oil, which we have heated. Add a table spoon of garlic paste and 2.5 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of salt to it. Stir it add heat the paste.
Add 7 tablespoons of tomato sauce in it, 2 teaspoons of Tabasco sauce in it and 1 teaspoon chilly powder. Stir it and heat the paste for about 1.25 minutes. Then take a pizza base and rub 2 to 3 teaspoons of olive oil on it. Apply the sauce prepared and grate plenty of cheese on it. Roast it and sever it hot!
