4 cups warm water 4 tsp. salt 3 yeast cakes 4 tbsp. shortening 8 tbsp. sugar 8 cups white flour 1 cup gluten flour
Mix all ingredients, knead lightly. Place in greased loaf pans. Let stand covered in a warm place for 20 minutes. Bake at 375* for 40 minutes.
