Bruschette AppetitoseIngredients- 12 slices of bread
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300g of mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
Method- Add oil, crush garlic and salt, mix well.
- Cut mozzarella into twelve slices, apply the mixed oil on each slice of bread and also a slice of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano.
- Grease the baking dish, and put in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 °, the bruschetta should served hot.
Cocktail of GamberettiIngredients- 300g of shrimp tails
- 300 ml of mayonnaise
- 1 lettuce
- 50g cream
- laurel
- brandy
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire
- white vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Method- Put a pot on the fire with half a liter of water; combine two grams of black pepper, a tablespoon of vinegar and a bay leaf.
- Meanwhile clean the shrimp, then boil it in water for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: put in a container, mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire, the cream and a spoonful of brandy, stir vigorously to obtain a smooth sauce.
- Wash lettuce and place them into four cups then add the shrimp, add the sauce and put in the refrigerator before serving.
Crostata of VegetablesIngredients- 1 roll pastry
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 80g of beans
- 1 tomato
- 3 eggs
- 30g of parsley
- ¼ onion white
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 60g breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- salt
Method- Clean the vegetables, cut the carrot and zucchini, boil until half-cooked.
- Pour into a saucepan, oil, onion is cut into slices, put tomato, beans and vegetables, add a little 'hot water, salt, parsley and cook for 20 minutes or so.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, cooked vegetables, breadcrumbs, salt and mix well.
- Take the pastry pour the filling pastry.
- Cook preparation in oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
