Soft Caramel Popcorn

A soft and easy variation on caramel popcorn. It won't break your teeth to eat. It stays soft and delicious for a few days.

Combine 1 cup light corn syrup 2 packed cups brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Boils for one minutes, constantly stirring. Remove from heat.

Add 1/4 lbs butter 1 can sweetened, condensed milk

Pour over popcorn

Optional addins--walnuts, almonds, peanuts, shredded coconut
