Although it is a village food, but fried cassava is the idol for everyone in Indonesia. This traditional snack is the favorite snack in every social level. Believe it or not, if you travel in Indonesia country you can easily find out the cassava's seller. Some of their customers come with the luxurious car.

So, in state of buying to the cassava's seller in Indonesia, you can make it by yourself at home. This recipe is very simple and easy.

Ingredients

  1. cassava, peel of cassava skin and cut it into desired pieces
  2. 1-2 onion fangs
  3. 1 tablespoon coriander
  4. adequate salt
  5. adequate water

Method

  1. Grind the garlic, coriander and salt until soft and mixed
  2. Put in water, stirred evenly
  3. Fried cassava until half-ripe
  4. lifted cassava from oil, and directly immersed in the spice water
  5. Let the cassava remain immerse in the spice water for a while until it cracked
  6. Fried again the cassava until ripe
  7. Ready to be served with a cup of hot tea or coffee
