So, in state of buying to the cassava's seller in Indonesia, you can make it by yourself at home. This recipe is very simple and easy.
Ingredients
- cassava, peel of cassava skin and cut it into desired pieces
- 1-2 onion fangs
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- adequate salt
- adequate water
Method
- Grind the garlic, coriander and salt until soft and mixed
- Put in water, stirred evenly
- Fried cassava until half-ripe
- lifted cassava from oil, and directly immersed in the spice water
- Let the cassava remain immerse in the spice water for a while until it cracked
- Fried again the cassava until ripe
- Ready to be served with a cup of hot tea or coffee
