Banana fry is a snack with evening tea. It is easy to prepare. Children likes it very much.
Ingredients:
- Banana - ½ kg
- Sunflower oil or cooking oil - ½ ltr
- flour - ½ kg
- Sugar - 3 tbs
- Cumin powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 cup
Method
- Mix water, Flour, sugar, cummin powder and salt in a bowl.
- Slice banana into 2 pieces.
- Take a frying pan and heat cooking oil.
- Sock banana slices into the flour mix and put it in the hot oil.
- make a deep fry until the bananas become golden brown.
- Took off from the oil and serve it hot.
