How to Cook Mini Quiches

Easy to make mini quiche that are baked in a tin.

Ingredients

  • 1 Sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 1 Slice ham
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2T plain flour
  • 1/3C milk
  • 1/3C cheese
  • Seasoning

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 190C. Grease patty tin.
  2. Slice ham finely.
  3. Combine milk, egg, flour. Mix with electric beater. Add seasoning.
  4. Cut pastry with round or fluted cutter. Press into patty tin.
  5. Evenly divide cheese and ham between pastry cases.
  6. Add the egg/milk mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed. Serve hot or cold.
