How to Cook Mini Quiches |

Easy to make mini quiche that are baked in a tin. |
Ingredients- 1 Sheet frozen puff pastry
- 1 Slice ham
- 1 egg
- 1/2T plain flour
- 1/3C milk
- 1/3C cheese
- Seasoning
Method:- Pre heat oven to 190C. Grease patty tin.
- Slice ham finely.
- Combine milk, egg, flour. Mix with electric beater. Add seasoning.
- Cut pastry with round or fluted cutter. Press into patty tin.
- Evenly divide cheese and ham between pastry cases.
- Add the egg/milk mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed. Serve hot or cold.
