Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 pound bag of finely cut cabbage and carrots
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (ground)
- 1 package egg roll wraps
- 1 egg
Preparation
- Cook sausage in a non stick pan on medium heat and stir it till it crumbles.
- Drain the excess liquid and with the help of tissue papers, remove off any moisture the mixture has.
- Again take this sausage in the pan and add ginger, and garlic. Stir it continuously while adding them and let it cook for one minute.
- Now add the mushroom pieces and by occasionally stirring, cook the mixture well. It takes about three minutes to make the mushrooms tender. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Now place this sausage in the egg rolls and fold them. You can use the beaten egg to make the rolls stick well.
- Now fry these rolls in oil in deep fry till they become deep brown in clor.
Now the delicious egg rolls are ready to serve and eat.

- 4 cubes of chicken bouillon

- 1/2 gallon oil
Preparation
- Cook shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, and shredded chicken with bouillon until boiling.
- After that drain the liquid off the mixture.
- Now using tissue papers, remove any water from the mixture and make sure that it it is dry.
- Fold the mixture into egg roll wraps.
- Fry these egg rolls in oil in deep fry until they become brown and they are ready to eat.
