I love to eat healthy and nutritious foods,and when it comes to feeding others I take special care that I am preparing what is good and healthy.The recipe that I am going to share right now is a very simple recipe yet very healthy and nutritious.
It takes very less time to make it,so I usually make it for my little brother in the morning,when he is in a hurry to rush to school.
Ingredients
- Flour(ordinary) 2cups
- Peaches
- Bannanas
- Grapes
- .Kiwis
- Strawberries
- Water(1/4)cup
- Honey(2 tbsp)
Method
Make a dough using flour and water.Make small balls out of the dough.Roll out each ball of dough on a flat surface.Once rolled out bake them on a pan until both the sides are slightly brown.
Cut the fruits into small cubes.Place them on one edge of the baked chapatis.Now pour a dollop of honey over the fruits.And fold roll up the chapati to hold the fruits.
Your honey fruit rolls are ready to be served.
