- Firstly, buy a set of hamburger buns from a nearby store. It is suggested to pick for multi-grain bread.
- Grab two pieces of bread and lay them on the table.
- Next, spread them with organic low-fat mayonnaise or organic soy paste. You may also add some tomato and chilly paste on top of the mayonnaise (optional).
- Put the fresh, raw and sliced tomatoes, cabbages, lettuce, carrots and alfalfas or bean sprouts on one piece. Do the same for the other piece.
