What you need:
- Premade mashed potatoes (in cold section of grocery store)
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 large jar/can of beef gravy
- 1 pound ground beef
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Brown ground beef, drain.
- Place ground beef in bottom of deep oven safe dish, mix in half of gravy.
- Cook green beans in separate bowl in microwave.
- Drain green beans.
- Layer green beans on top of ground beef.
- Cook corn in separate bowl in microwave.
- Drain corn.
- Layer corn on top of green beans.
- Cook mashed potatoes.
- Layer mashed potatoes on top of corn.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Cook in oven about 350 degrees or until cheese melts.
Serve with left over gravy as topping.
