Ingredients:
- 1 lb. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk for glazing
- ½ Parmesan Cheese
- ½ lb. real butter
Preparation:
Knead all ingredients, except the extra egg yolk, together to make dough. Divide dough into bite-size pieces (about the size of your thumb), and place on well-greased cookie sheet. Brush a little egg yolk on each piece an bake till golden brown at 300°F. Enjoy!
