In our house we use this dressing for just about everything. We use it as a dip for French-fries, crispy wings and raw vegetables. Sometimes we even use it on the salad. |
Ingredients:- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream
- Juice and Zest of one lime
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh Parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Chives
- 3-4 drops of Hot Pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh Dill weed ( dried will do)
- white pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Method:- Mash the garlic into a paste
- Transfer to a bowl and whisk in remaining ingredients until completely blended
- Re-adjust Salt and Pepper to taste
- Put dressing in a Mason jar or any jar with a tight seal and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
