Make the day before you are planning to use for a firmer dip.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Kraft cheddar cheese
- 3 rolls Kraft sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 ounce blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup beer
- 2 round hard crust pumpernickel loaves
Method:

Hollow out the middle of one of the loaves to use
as a bowl.
- Cut the other into bite size pieces to
use for dipping.
- Fill bowl with cheese mixture
made as follows.

In blender put cheddar cheese and soft butter.

Blend.
- Add sharp cheese and Tabasco sauce.
- Blend
Boil beer and let cool.
- When cooled off add to
mixture in blender and blend.
- Add blue cheese
and whip.
My husband was not a drinker but he loved to dip when dancing.
