Holiday Cheer in a Bowl

Extremely easy cheesy beer dip.

Make the day before you are planning to use for a firmer dip.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Kraft cheddar cheese
  • 3 rolls Kraft sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 ounce blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 round hard crust pumpernickel loaves

Method:

  1. Hollow out the middle of one of the loaves to use as a bowl.
  2. Cut the other into bite size pieces to use for dipping.
  3. Fill bowl with cheese mixture made as follows.
  4. In blender put cheddar cheese and soft butter.
  5. Blend.
  6. Add sharp cheese and Tabasco sauce.
  7. Blend Boil beer and let cool.
  8. When cooled off add to mixture in blender and blend.
  9. Add blue cheese and whip.

My husband was not a drinker but he loved to dip when dancing.
