Ingredients
- 100g (4oz) cottage cheese
- 100g (4oz) ricotta cheese
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- ΒΌ teaspoon of salt
- black pepper
Put the cheeses, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Add herbs and seasoning to the cheese mixture and process briefly.
Transfer the dip to a small bowl and serve immediately.
