Baked Apricot Brie

This rich and delicious recipe can be served as an appetizer or as a desert.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp Apricot brandy
  • 4 ½ - 5 ounce round of Brie
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • Crusty bread cut into several small pieces

Method

  1. Place Brie in an glass baking dish
  2. Make several slits in the top of the cheese (not in the sides)
  3. Drizzle entire top of the Brie with Apricot brandy
  4. Place Mint leaves evenly over top of Brie
  5. Cover entire pan with tin foil
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for aprox. 20 minutes. Cheese should be gooey and hot when served.

    Serve with crusty bread bits or water crackers for dipping.
