Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp Apricot brandy
- 4 ½ - 5 ounce round of Brie
- 10 Mint leaves
- Crusty bread cut into several small pieces
Method
- Place Brie in an glass baking dish
- Make several slits in the top of the cheese (not in the sides)
- Drizzle entire top of the Brie with Apricot brandy
- Place Mint leaves evenly over top of Brie
- Cover entire pan with tin foil
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for aprox. 20 minutes. Cheese should be gooey and hot when served.
Serve with crusty bread bits or water crackers for dipping.
